Amherst, MA - In the second match of the day for the Gators, the host Amherst College women's volleyball team won in three by scores of 25-12, 25-6 and 25-4.

Jamie Dailey had 13 kills and only one error, one of five Mammoths to hit .500 or better for the match. Sophie Launsbach Sophie Launsbach added 10 kills while Charlotte Duran had 36 assists. Skyleur Savage had 11 kills and was one of three players to serve two aces.

Skylar Van Alstyne (Castleton, NY/Maple Hill) paced Sage with four kills, while Megan Ryder (Broadalbin, NY/Broadalbin Perth) had a team-high eight digs and Emma Parkington (Dalton, MA/Wahconah Regional) had six assists.

Sage, 3-6 on the season, is at Southern Vermont Monday. The Gators will host Hartwick on September 19 at 6 p.m. at Kahl Gym to open the Empire 8 season schedule.
