Albany, NY – Russell Sage College's women's outdoor track and field program competed on Saturday at the Bobbi Palma Spring Classic at the University at Albany.
For the Gator women, sophomore co-captain Mackenzie Feeney (Saugerties, NY/Saugerties) was fourth in the 800 meter run in 2:36.56. She also added a time of 5:13.46 and was 10th in the 1,500 meter run. In the 100 meter dash, rookie Alyssa McClurg (Cropseyville, NY/Tamarac) posted a time of 13.93 and finished in eighth place. Sophomore Hethar Scutt (Ancramdale, NY/Taconic Hills) turned in a time of 3:50.93 and was eighth in the 800 meter run. McClurg was also 12th in the long jump with a leap of 4.58 meters.
Looking ahead, RSC competes on April 30 at RPI in the Capital District Championship.
