At Sage:

Named a track and field team captain for the 2017 season, Krystal Lambert has distinguished herself over her stellar athletic career at Sage. A record holder for the team in the long jump (4.88 meters) set in 2015, she is also part of the record holding 4 x 400 relay team (4:38.51) set last season.

Academics at Sage:

She is majoring in history and international and globalization studies at Sage having earned Dean’s List honors throughout her career. A Sage Scholar-Athlete Honoree, she was also named to the USTFCCCA Division III All-Academic Team as well.

High School:

A graduate of John Dewey High School, she excelled in track and field.

Personal:

She is the daughter of Patrick and Joan Williams Lambert. Her uncle Latonel Williams competed at the 2003 IAAF World Championship, advancing to the quarterfinals in the 200 meter dash and was an All-American for the University of Alabama.
