Junior Mackenzie Clogston (Bradford, VT/Oxbow) picked up the first set victory of the season, a 6-2 triumph in the opening frame of the number five singles contest. Her setback against the Pioneers (1-9/1-6 E8) came down to a 15-13 third set tiebreak, part of winning 22 games across singles and doubles.
RSC (0-10/0-7 E8), which took 40 games on the day, wraps up the season on Saturday against SUNY Geneseo.
