RSC Blanked 3-0 at Plattsburgh State

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – Russell Sage College fell 3-0 this afternoon at Plattsburgh State.

The Cardinals (2-0-0), which outshot RSC 13-2, netted two of their goals during the second half.

Sophomore goalkeeper Kierstin Lynch (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) made three saves for RSC.

Looking ahead, the Gators (0-2-0) play next on Wednesday at 6:00 pm at Bard


Notes: RSC returns 12 players from last season…Forward Natalie Ricci (Cohoes, NY/Cohoes), a graduate student, headlines the dozen…She began the fall ranked 11th in program records with 53 career points…Junior forward Marissa Key (Monroe, NY/Monroe-Woodbury), who registered nine points last season, and all three goalkeepers are also back.
