SAGE ATHLETIC TEAMS PARTICIPATE IN DRIVE FOR KICKIN' BACK, LTD

Albany, NY — Many member of The Sage Colleges' Department of Athletics including the women's soccer team, the cross country teams, the track and field teams and the women's lacrosse team recently collected items for the Kickin' Back organization. This marks the second straight year Sage's women's soccer team has participated in collecting items for the organization, which works to maximize the vast potential and need for sustained attention on adolescent children in under-served communities through the use of soccer as a tool for positive social and physical development.

Kickin' Back LTD Mission's believes that children will gain the skills and experience to make informed life choices both on and off the field of play through participation in soccer and life skill activities. We work to assist and connect organizations who integrate education, healthy lifestyle components and other interventions, into their programming structure to meet their equipment, coaching, and funding needs.
