Nicole Bauer

At Sage:

• As a rookie, started 18 of 19 games played, while helping to anchor the Gator defense that allowed just 14 goals and combined for 8 shutouts in 2015.
• Helped 2015 Sage squad to a program-best 14-4-1 record, while also garnering the program’s first Skyline Conference regular-season title after an 8-1 league showing.
• Named to 2015 Skyline Conference All-Star First Team on defense at center back.
• A 19-game starter on defense, helped to anchor a lineup that yielded just 27 goals in 20 games and had a 1.32 GAA with 9 shutouts in 2016.
• Capped her sophomore season with a selection to the 2016 Skyline Conference All-Star Second Team.
• Served as a team captain for the 2017 season.
• Played in 15 games as a junior and helped to anchor a defensive unit that recorded four shutouts and held opponents to a 1.70 GAA.
• Will reprise her role as a team captain for her senior year and has now played in 53 games on the team’s defense and will move into the move into the Top 10 in career games played by season’s end.

Academics at Sage:

• She is majoring in health science at Sage.

High School:

• Starred at Monroe Woodbury High School, which won two Section 9 Championships during her scholastic career.
• An accomplished, scholar-athlete she was also recognized for her academic prowess in high school.
