TROY, NY-- The 2015 Sage Colleges Women's Soccer ID Camp is scheduled for Saturday, April 11 at the Albany College of Pharmacy Field.

Join us for a day of technical work and small-sided games.  Learn tactics to excel on a field by receiving coaching from the elite Sage Colleges coaching staff.  This camp is designed for female high school athletes who are interested in playing collegiate athletics.  The camp is structured to be dynamic and interactive, providing prospective athletes with great potential the opportunity to learn and grow.

At the end of the camp, athletes will learn about all aspects of the collegiate soccer experience, from recruiting to competing, from balancing athletics and academics to nutrition.  Each player will receive a tee shirt for participation.  Lunch will be provided.

The schedule: 
8:15 a.m.-9:00a.m. – Check-in at Albany College of Pharmacy Field
9:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. – Technical Footwork and offensive and defensive drills (separate training for goalkeepers)
11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. - Lunch
12:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Small Sided and Full Games

2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. – College Talk

Cost: $80

Age: High school female soccer players who hope to play collegiate soccer

Equipment: Please bring cleats or turf shoes, shin guards and a change of clothes and rain gear.
