Old Westbury, NY – The Sage Colleges' women's soccer team travelled to SUNY-Old Westbury for a Skyline Conference contest on Friday afternoon. The host Panthers posted a 3-0 win to improve 3-3 overall and 1-0 in the Skyline. The setback puts the Gators at 1-4 overall and 0-1 in the league.
The two teams were tied at the break in a 0-0 tie before OW tallied three second half goals including a pair from JoAna Kettell.
Sage's junior goalkeeper Teagan Waddingham (Coeymans Hollow, NY/Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk) made 10 saves in suffering the loss.
Sage returns to action on Wednesday, September 25 travelling to Bard College for a 7 p.m. non-conference match.
