Lettre was named to the Empire 8 Second Team on defense and finished her first season with the Gators having added a team-best 66 ground ball pickups with 42 caused turnovers. A starter in 14 of 15 matches played, Lettre added a pair of draw controls.

Franco was named to the Sportswoman Team this season. She started 14 of 15 matches as well for Sage and was the team's third leading scorer in 2019. She added 15 points on seven goals with eight assists. She also collected 11 ground ball picks ups with three caused turnovers and two draw controls.

One member of each team was named that institution's representative on the 2019 Women's Lacrosse Sportswoman of the Year Team.
