Another of the newcomers to Sage this season, Melissa “Missy” Schneiderman arrives on campus after starring at Minisink High School. A two-sport star in volleyball and lacrosse, she led the 2013 volleyball team as a captain and earned team MVP awards for her outstanding efforts on defense. In lacrosse, she was also a team captain and garnered all-star team honors for Section IX. She helped the squad to the Section IX Class B title as well.

This fall, she was a member of the Skyline Conference Championship women's volleyball team at Sage and helped the Gators earn a spot in the 2014 NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Tournament.

She is majoring in physical therapy at Sage and is the daughter of Debra Schneiderman.
