Sage Gators' Columbus Day Girls' Basketball Skills Clinic
The Sage Gators' Columbus Day Skills Clinic is designed to help players develop the skills needed to be successful in today's competitive game of basketball. This clinic is for girls, ages 6-16 and will include offensive and defensive skills training, competitive 3 vs. 3 play, shooting contests, and individual instruction to help campers prepare for the upcoming season. The fee per camper is $55.
· The "Camp Bank" will provide campers with options to purchase lunch, drinks or snacks throughout the day without the hassle of bringing money. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch with them to camp if they are not planning on purchasing lunch.
· Ask about free early drop-off and late pick-up.

Meet Coach Coleman
Allison Coleman is in her sixth season at the helm of Sage's Women's Basketball Program. As a rookie head coach, she led the Gators to an 18-8 campaign, setting marks for the most wins in program history. She backed up her rookie season as she was named the 2016 Skyline Coach of the Year, after the team captured the first Skyline Conference regular-season championship and finished the year with another record-setting season that featured a 15-game win streak and a 21-6 mark. She once again led the team back to the Skyline Tournament in 2015-16 and the Empire 8 Tournament in 2017-2018. She was honored by the Empire 8 as the Women's Basketball Coaching Staff of the Year. She is closing in on her 100th career win as she brings a record of 89-44 into the 2019-20 season.
As a player at Eastern Connecticut State, she became the most accomplished player in Division III women's basketball history. She was named the State/Farm-WBCA National Player-of-the-Year as a senior in 2003-04 and remains the only four-time All-America in women's basketball collegiate history. Coleman also led her team to the NCAA Division III national title game.
With Coleman, ECSU produced the winningest four-year composite record in program history, winning 101 games and losing only 17 (.856 percent). Coleman is an inductee into the Connecticut Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, the inaugural Little East Conference Hall of Fame and a member of the LEC's 25th Anniversary All-Star Team, the E-Club Hall of Fame and, most recently, the New England Basketball Hall of Fame.
Campers will have the opportunity to learn from current and former Sage Women's Basketball Players and Coaches as well as local high school and AAU coaches.
