New York, NY--Sage's junior guard Frankie Pearson (Hoosick Falls, NY/Hoosick Falls Central) earned Skyline Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors on Monday after a torrid performance as the Gators watched their win streak grow to 10 games.
She averaged 17.0 ppg past week, while making 10-of-20 three-point baskets as well. She erupted for 6 three-point baskets in the Gators' road win over SJC, while elevating her career resume to include 104 three-pointers. She stand No. 2 all-time at Sage in career three-pointers and now has 593 career points at Sage.
Sage returns to action on January 12 hosting Mt. St. Mary College at 6 p.m. in Kahl Gym in a Skyline Conference game and brings a record off 11-2 overall and 7-0 in the league into the game.
