New York, NY---The Sage Colleges' softball team was well represented with the release of this week's awards from the Skyline Conference.

Sage's rookie pitcher Rachael Lashway (Queensbury, NY/Glens Falls) was named the Pitcher of the Week, while rookie outfielder Alana Vandenburg (Wynantskill, NY/Columbia) was named the Co-Rookie of the Week. Freshman infielder Alexa Silk (Freehold, NY/Greenville) was also named to the Weekly Honor Roll for her efforts.

Sage is back in action on April 7 travelling to Union College for a 4 p.m. non-conference doubleheader and brings a three-game win streak into the twinbill.
