Myrtle Beach, SC – The Sage Softball team wrapped up their final day of the Snowbird Softball Tournament dropping both final games.
Game one saw the Gators facing Arcadia for the second time this week and for the second time Arcadia picked up the win 12-1. Melissa McConville (Loudonville, NY) pitched a complete game, while Maria Pasquarelli (Amsterdam, NY) hit a home run for Sage’s only run of the game.
Sage faced PSU-Altoona in their second game of the day and came up short by a score of 1-9. Sara Rysedorph (Troy, NY) pitched a complete game for the first time this season. Pasquarelli tallied two singles while Joahna Petralia (Greenwich, NY) added a single and a stolen base.
Sage will take the next week off and then return to the field on March 26th as they travel to SUNY Oneonta.
