Oneonta, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College's men's cross country team competed at the Oneonta State Airfield Invitational. Oneonta State won the men's team race with a score of 34 points. Sage did not score in the event.

In the men's race, senior Joe Degiorgio (Troy, NY/Troy) posted a time of 28:36.6 and finished in 19^th place. Rookie Robert Cusato (Schenectady, NY/Guilderland) took 30^th in 30:53.0, while freshman Chris Pellegrini (Loudonville, NY/Colonie Central) posted a time of 32:40.1 and took home36th place. Sophomore Isaac Langer (Hudson, NY/Taconic Hills) took home 41^st place in 34:36.4.

Looking ahead, the Gators run next on Saturday, October 1 in the APCHS  Panther Invitational at Tawasentha Park in Guilderland, NY.
