Waterford, CT— Russell Sage College's men's cross country team travelled to Connecticut on Saturday to compete in the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regional Championships hosted by Connecticut College at Harkness Memorial State Park. The Gators finished in 25th place in a highly competitive field of teams.

The men's individual champion was William's Aidan Ryan who posted a time of 24:35.8 to win the 8,000 meter course.

Leading the way for the Gator men's team was junior Joe Degiorgio (Troy, NY/Troy) as he posted a time of 30:02.3 to finish in 127^th place.

Graduate runner Holden Maynard (Schenectady, NY/Mohanasen) was next in 140^th place in 30:54.9 in his final cross country race of his career.  

Freshman Chad Hicks (New York, NY/Urban Assembly Maker Academy) picked up 166^th place in 37:07.8, while rookie Isaac Langer (Hudson, NY/Hudson) was next for the Gators in 167th place with his time of 38:10.1. Senior captain Brett Labier (Albany, NY/Colonie) was next in 1639^th place in 39:54.2.
