RSC Men's Cross Country Team picks up sixth on Saturday

Newburgh, NY— Russell Sage College's men's cross country team men picked up a sixth place finish in a field of nine men's teams while running at the Mt. St. Mary College Invitational.

Leading the way for the Gator men's team was junior Joe Degiorgio (Troy, NY/Troy) as he posted a time of 30:45.8 and finished in 19th place for the 8 k distance. Graduate runner Holden Maynard (Schenectady, NY/Mohanasen) was next in 23rd place in 31:15.6.

Senior captain Brett Labier (Albany, NY/Colonie) was next in 36:34.8 to take 40th place, while freshman Chad Hicks (New York, NY/Urban Assembly Maker Academy) was 43rd in 37:44.7. Rookie Isaac Langer (Hudson, NY/Hudson) was next for the Gators in 46th place with his time of 40:15.2.

The Gators will be back in action on October 23 competing at the Hamilton College Invitational.
