Poughkeepsie, NY—The Sage Colleges' men's cross country team travelled to Vassar College on Saturday to compete in the Ron Stonitsch Invitational. The host Vassar Brewers won the race with a team score of 24 points and had the top finisher who posted a personal best effort with his time of 19:32.5 on the 6 k course. Vassar's Peter Ferretter won the race in a field of 70 runners.

For Sage's men's team junior Jarryd Wick (Ayers, MA/E.F. Parker School) finished in 66^th place with his time of 25:30.6 on the race.

Next up Sage, the Gators will be back in action on September 29 at the Saratoga Invitational hosted by RPI at Saratoga State Park.
