Annandale-on-Hudson, NY – The Sage Colleges' men's volleyball team travelled to Bard College on Tuesday night for a non-conference contest. The host Raptors tallied the 3-1 win (25-18, 15-25, 25-23, 25-21) to improve to 8-20. The loss snaps Sage's four-match win streak and puts the Gators at 6-15 on the year.

The Gators travel on Wednesday to New Jersey City University for a Skyline Conference match at 7 p.m. The week wraps with the Gators hosting No. 3 ranked SUNY-New Paltz in Kahl Gym at 7 p.m. on April 4.

Sage's senior captain Dylan Krowicki (Little Falls, NY/Little Falls), who earned Skyline Conference Players of the Week and also cited on Tuesday night as ECAC Metro NY-NJ Player of the Week, tallied 22 goals with nine digs. He had a .357 attack percentage in the match and made just one reception error in 22 attempts.

Senior Connor Thompson (Delmar, NY/Christian Brothers Academy) and senior Shane Gaffoor (Queens Village, NY/Thomas Edison) each added six kills, while senior Zach Sullivan (Ballston Spa, NY/Burnt Hills Ballston Lake) added five kills.

Senior setter Matthew DeGeyter (Hudson, NY/Hawthorne Valley) had 37 setting assists with 10 digs and two aces. Sage's senior libero Cory Gransbury (Round Top, NY/Cairo-Durham) added 10 digs for the Gators. Gransbury tallied his 500th career dig in the third set and now has 503 on his career.
