Albany, NY–  Russell Sage College's men's indoor track and field team had a pair of performers honored on Monday with the release of the 2022 Empire 8 Men's Indoor Track and Field All-Conference Teams.

To be named an E8 All-Conference selection, a student athlete must have finished in the top three of an event at the Conference's Championship Meet, which was held on February 25-26 from the Todd and Jen Hutton Recreation Center on the campus of Utica University. Winners of the event are named to the First Team, while the Second Team is comprised of the runner-up from each event and Third Team is given to the third place finisher.

Earning two selections as a Second Team All-Conference performer was junior captain John Coddington (Amsterdam, NY/Broadalbin-Perth). Coddington finished in second place at the Empire 8 Championship in the shot put with a toss of 14.75 meters. He also finished in second place in the weight toss with another school record effort of 15.81 meters in the event. While competing at the E8 Championships, Coddington scored 16 points for the Gators.

Rookie David Adadjo (Nassau, NY/Columbia) was tapped for the Empire 8 Third Team after finished in third place in the 400 meter dash with a school record time of 50.13. While running at the league championship, he scored 12.5 points in the team's competition.
