ALBANY, N.Y. –  Russell Sage College junior John Coddington (Amsterdam, NY/Broadalbin-Perth) was named the Empire 8 Conference Field Athlete of the Week for the period ending Sunday, February 13.

He set a pair of program records at Saturday's BU Invitational.  The junior achieved marks of 14.21 meters in the shot put and 15.48 meters in the weight throw.

Looking ahead, the Gators compete next at the Nazareth Invitational on Friday.
