Middletown, CT—The Sage Colleges' men's track and field team wase in action on Saturday competing at the Swanson Invitational, a non-team scored meet hosted by Wesleyan University.

Junior Frane Larose (Miami, FL/North Miami Beach Senior) was 10^th in the 100 meter dash (12.30) as well as 8^th in the long jump with his leap of 5.47 meter.

Sophomore Jarryd Wick (Ayers, MA/E. F. Parker School) finished in fifth place in the 3,000 meter run with his time of 12:07.49. Senior Ian Alejandro (Amsterdam, NY/Amsterdam) added a 10^th place finish in the 800 meter run in 2:17.32.

Junior Zaheer Ahmad (Queens, NY/Academy of Innovative Technology) added 12^th in the 200 meter dash (25.18) and a 14^th in the 100 meter run in 12.50. 

Rookie Anthony Mitchell (Bronx, NY/Salesian) was seventh in the high jump with a performance of 1.65 meters and was 17^th in the 100 meter dash in 13.3.

The Gators will be back in action on April 29 travelling to the Capital District Championship at RPI.
