Anthony Mitchell arrived at Sage this year after a distinguished career in high school.
As a newcomer with the Sage basketball team this season, he played in 17 games for the Gators as they finished the year as the Skyline Conference North Division Champions in the regular-season. The team finished the campaign with a 17-10 record and took home the Skyline Runner-up trophy.
He averaged 2.3 ppg with a 1.5 rpg average on the season. Added 10 points in a win over Sarah Lawrence College, while twice hauling in five rebounds in his first year as a Gator.

He is majoring in accounting at Sage.
High School:
A graduate of Salesian High School, Mitchell starred in three sports scholastically earning letters in soccer, volleyball and basketball.
Basketball team captain and a two-time all-league pick for the 34th ranked team in the state CHSAA B Division.
Basketball team won both the CHSAA B City and State Championship.
As a member of the volleyball squad, he led the team to the CHSAA City Championship.
