Troy, NY--The Sage Colleges' men's tennis team hosted the Knights of Mt. St. Mary College in Thursday afternoon in the final home match of the season for the Gators. MSMC collected the 8-1 win to improve to 7-6 overall and 4-3 in the league. Sage drops to 0-11 on the season and 0-6 in the league.

Sage's pair of sophomore Nelson Jimenez (Manhattan, NY/Urban Assembly of Green Careers) and junior Nathaniel Miller (Green Island, NY/Heatly) were victorious for the first time this season as they collected the 8-2 win at second doubles.

Sage's next match is on April 29 when the Gators will face both St. Joseph's College-Brooklyn and Purchase in a pair of Skyline Conference matches to be held at Purchase College. The Gators will face the Bears of SJC-Brooklyn at 11 a.m. and the Panthers of Purchase at 3:30 p.m.
