Patchogue, NY – Sage's men's tennis team travelled to St. Joseph's College (LI) on Sunday afternoon for a Skyline Conference match. The host Golden Eagles posted the 7-2 win to improve to 2-5 overall and 1-2 in the league as Sage drops to 1-4 overall and 1-3 in the league.

Sage's rookie Troy Hansen (Nanuet, NY/Nanuet) was a winner at No. 5 singles for the Gators taking his opponent in a third set tie-breaker. At No. 4 singles, Sage's senior Katie Schultz (Wynantskill NY/Averill Park) was victorious as she too won a tie-breaker for the Gators.

The Gators are back in action on Tuesday, April 14 visiting Purchase College for a Skyline Conference match at 4 p.m. at a site to be deterimined on April 15.
