Eduardo Angel

At Sage:

• A newcomer to the team in 2016, Eduardo Angel played in 16 games with 1 assist.
• Helped the 2016 Gators to the Skyline Conference Tournament runner-up crown.
• Part of a lineup that was ranked nationally in 12 different statistical categories on the 2016 campaign.
• As a starter in four of 17 games played in 2017, he helped the Gator offense with one goal.
• He was part of the Sage line up that earned a spot in the 2017 Empire 8 Championship match, only to settle for the runner-up title.
• As a junior, he started 11 of 14 matches and anchored Sage’s midfield unit.
• Named a 2019 team captain for the Gators he has played in 47 games at Sage entering his senior campaign.

• Majoring in law and society at Sage.
• Named to 2016 Skyline Conference Scholar-Athlete Team and Dean’s List at Sage.
• He was named to the Sage Scholar-Athlete Team in 2017 in the fall and the spring in 2018.

• He was a four-year varsity soccer performer at Newburgh Free Academy.
• Helped team to a Section IX semi-finalist finish and was a team captain and all-section first team performer.
• He also excelled in the classroom and was an Honor Society student.
