NSCAA Division III Men's All-East Region Teams

KANSAS CITY – Sage sophomore River Seybolt (Selden, NY/Longwood) was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America NCAA Division III Men's All-East Regional Third Team.

Seybolt, last season's Skyline Rookie of the Year, was also named to the Skyline Conference First Team last month after recording a team-high 32 points on 15 goals and two assists. In addition to four honor roll mentions, the forward was named the Skyline week eight Co-Player of the Week when he buried his first career hat trick in a must-win 4-1 triumph over St. Joseph's – Long Island. Seybolt ranked second in the conference in shots/game (4.65), shots (93), points and goals behind Skyline Player of the Year, U.S. Merchant Marine's (USMMA) Gavin Yingling. The sophomore currently ranks nationally in shots-on-goal/game (9th, 2.9), shots/game (28th, 4.65) and goals (30th).

Only halfway through his career at Sage, Seybolt has already etched his name in the Gator record book. The forward ranks in 1st in single-game goals (three vs. St. Joseph's – Long Island, 2016), 1st in single-season penalty kicks (four, 2016), 2nd in career game-winners (nine), 2nd in career penalty kicks (four), 2nd in single-season goals (15, 2016), 2nd in single-season points (32, 2016), 2nd in single-season game-winners (six, 2015), 2nd in single-game points (six vs. St. Joseph's – Long Island, 2016), 3rd in career goals (24), 3rd in career points (55), 7th in single-game assists (two vs. Mount Saint Vincent, 2015), 8th in career assists (seven) and 9th in single-season assists (five, 2015).
