NSCAA Division III Men's All-East Region Teams

KANSAS CITY – Sage sophomore River Seybolt (Selden, NY/Longwood) was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America NCAA Division III Men's All-East Regional Third Team.

Seybolt, last season's Skyline Rookie of the Year, was also named to the Skyline Conference First Team last month after recording a team-high 32 points on 15 goals and two assists. In addition to four honor roll mentions, the forward was named the Skyline week eight Co-Player of the Week when he buried his first career hat trick in a must-win 4-1 triumph over St. Joseph's – Long Island. Seybolt ranked second in the conference in shots/game (4.65), shots (93), points and goals behind Skyline Player of the Year, U.S. Merchant Marine's (USMMA) Gavin Yingling. The sophomore currently ranks nationally in shots-on-goal/game (9^th, 2.9), shots/game (28^th, 4.65) and goals (30^th).

Only halfway through his career at Sage, Seybolt has already etched his name in the Gator record book. The forward ranks in 1^st in single-game goals (three vs. St. Joseph's – Long Island, 2016), 1^st in single-season penalty kicks (four, 2016), 2^nd in career game-winners (nine), 2^nd in career penalty kicks (four), 2^nd in single-season goals (15, 2016), 2^nd in single-season points (32, 2016), 2^nd in single-season game-winners (six, 2015), 2^nd in single-game points (six vs. St. Joseph's – Long Island, 2016), 3^rd in career goals (24), 3^rd in career points (55), 7^th in single-game assists (two vs. Mount Saint Vincent, 2015), 8^th in career assists (seven) and 9^th in single-season assists (five, 2015).
