The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team's opening game versus Sage College was cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions on Saturday afternoon. The Fighting Tigers were trailing the visiting Gators 3-0 in the 63^rd minute when a severe thunderstorm with lighting, high winds and torrential rain led to the game's cancellation.

Under current NCAA rules a game must reach the 70^th minute of play to be classified as an official contest. However as the game was stopped prior to the official contest mark it must be replayed from the start as a new game.

At this time the Fighting Tigers and Gators have not set a date and time to replay the contest.
