Bio

Tyler Denton had a strong rookie campaign at Sage last season. He played in 19 games with 5 points on 2 goals and an assist.

He was part of last year's team that earned the No. 3 seed in the Skyline Conference Tournament, advancing to the semifinals. The 2011 team also earned the program's first ECAC Tournament berth and appeared in the ECAC Metro NY-NJ Tournament.

At Sauquoit Valley High School, he was a team captain and guided the squad to a third round appearance in the sectionals.

At Sage, he is active with the SAAC and enjoys snowboarding in his free time. He is majoring in physical therapy at Sage and is the son of Dave and Leigh Denton.
