ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College had three student-athletes earn All-Empire 8 Conference Men's Lacrosse honors. Selections were voted on by the league's head coaches.

Attackman Hunter Brunelle (Skaneateles, NY/Jordan-Elbridge), a grad student, was voted second-team. The newcomer established a program single-season record with 58 points. He dished out 26 assists, second most by a Gator in a campaign and scored 32 goals, good for third in the RSC single-season record book.

Senior attackman Bailey Martin (Syracuse, NY/Onondaga Central) and freshman defender Joe Johnson (Gansevoort, NY/South Glens Falls) received third-team honors.

Martin (above), who also made the E8 Sportsmen of the Year squad, topped RSC (6-10/1-5 E8) with 36 goals this spring. He was second on the team with 52 points and 16 assists.  The four-year Gator, who netted the first goal in program history, closed the spring as the program career goal-scoring leader with 58. He sat second in school annals with 86 career points and 28 career assists.

Johnson emerged as a key member of the RSC defense as a rookie. He totaled 27 groundballs and 13 caused turnovers in his debut campaign.
