Troy, NY – The Sage College's department of athletics is excited to announce that Van Schaick Island Country Club (Cohoes, NY) will be the official home course for the Gator men's golf team. Rookie head coach Ian Pingelski announced that the Gators will call Van Schaick Island Country Club home for the coming year and will practice for their competitions at the club.

The Gators, which have finished as the Skyline Conference Runners-up the past three seasons will start practice for the upcoming Fall season on September 1 and are confident that this arrangement will help the team as they not only look to contend for the league title, but also make a run at earning the Skyline Conference's automatic bid to the 2015 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship.
