Directions to the Kahl Center in Albany (Basketball, Men's and Women's Volleyball, Athletic Training Room, and Locker Rooms)

FROM THE EAST
Take 1-90 to 1-787 south to the end.
Go straight on Hoffman Avenue. Take a left on Second Avenue. Cross Delaware Avenue to Whitehall Road and stay left at the "V." Take a right on Marwill Street, and then cross Hackett Boulevard and go straight up Academy Road. Continue of Academy Road for approximately 0.3 miles and at the traffic light, the Kahl Campus Center will be on your right.
FROM THE NORTH
Take 1-87 (Northway) south to Western Avenue (Route 20 East) and take a left on Western. Make a right on South Manning Boulevard, and then a left on New Scotland Avenue. Then, take a right on Academy Road. Continue of Academy Road for approximately 0.3 miles and at the traffic light, the Kahl Campus Center will be on your right.
FROM THE WEST
Take Western Avenue (Route 20 East). Make a right on South Manning Boulevard, and then a left on New Scotland Avenue. Then, take a right on Academy Road. Continue of Academy Road for approximately 0.3 miles and at the traffic light, the Kahl Campus Center will be on your right.
FROM THE SOUTH
Take the New York State Thruway to either Exit 23 or 24.
From Exit 23: Take a left on Route 9W and follow around to second light. Take a right on Hoffman Avenue, and then a left on Second Avenue. Cross Delaware Avenue to Whitehall Road and stay left at the “V.” Then, take a right on Marwill Street. Cross Hackett Boulevard and go straight up Academy Road. University at Albany Alumni Turf Field Hockey Stadium (Field Hockey)
Directions to UAlbany
The home of UAlbany field hockey is adjacent to John Fallon Field Field, which serves as the home of the UAlbany men's and women's lacrosse teams. Both all-weather facilities are located just south of Indian Quad on campus.
From Albany International Airport: Exit the airport onto Albany-Shaker Road. Follow signs to I-87. Turn right onto I-87 South, follow to Exit 1. Take I-90 East to Exit 2. Cross Washington Avenue onto campus and bear right on University Drive. Follow one mile to SEFCU Arena. As you approach the SEFCU Arena, parking is to the right of the building (south side of the arena).
From the North: Take Interstate 87 (Northway) south to Exit 1E. Off the exit, proceed to Interstate 90 east (Albany/Boston). Take Exit 2, Washington Avenue. Cross Washington Avenue onto campus. Follow University Drive, bearing right, one mile to SEFCU Arena. As you approach the SEFCU Arena, parking is to the right of the building (south side of the arena).
From the South: Take Interstate 87 (Thruway) north to Exit 24. After the tollbooths, proceed onto Interstate 90 east towards Boston. Take Exit 2, Washington Avenue. From the East: Take Interstate 90 west towards Buffalo. Leave interstate at Exit 2 (Fuller Road). Turn left at Fuller Road and then take the next left at Washington Avenue. The University at Albany is on your right. Follow University Drive, bearing right, one mile to SEFCU Arena. As you approach the SEFCU Arena, parking is to the right of the building (south side of the arena).
From the West: Take Interstate 90 (Thruway) east to Exit 24. After the tollbooths, proceed onto Interstate 90 east towards Boston. Take Exit 2, Washington Avenue. Cross Washington Avenue onto campus. Take I-87, the New York State Thruway, North to Exit 23. At Exit 23, get on I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to campus (below).
From the North:
Take I-87, the Adirondack Northway, South to Exit 7 East. Get on Route 7 headed Eastbound. Follow directions to campus (below).
From the East:
From I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike, Berkshire Spur of the New York Thruway), take Exit B1. Continue East (13.5 miles) to the exit for I-787. Take I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to campus (below).
From the West:
Take I-90, the New York State Thruway, to Exit 24. From Exit 24, continue onto I-90 East. Exit onto I-787 North. Take I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to campus (below).
Directions RPI Campus/Renwyck Field:
From Route 7 East, make a right turn onto Burdett Street. Follow Burdett Street about 1/4 mile taking a left onto Detroit Avenue. The lower Renwyck field will be ahead on your right at the intersection of Detroit and Georgian Terrace.
Albany Academy for Boys, Albany, NY (Women's Tennis)
From Kahl Campus Center
Turn left out of the Kahl Campus Center at the intersection of Academy Road and Helderberg Street at the light. The tennis courts will be ahead 1/4 mile on the right. There is no bus parking or fan parking at the facility. Parking on a side street or at Albany Academy for Girls is reccommended or back at the Kahl Campus Center.

From New York State Thruway (Interstate Route 90)
Take Exit 6A to Interstate 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
From the North (Route 87 Heading South)
Take Exit 7 off of Route 87 South. Merge onto Route 7 East towards Troy/Cohoes. Merge onto Route 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
From the South (Route 87 Heading North)
Take Exit 23 (Interstate 787/U.S. 9W) towards Albany/Troy. Take Exit 1 (U.S. 9W North towards Albany). Turn Left onto Southern Boulevard. Go approximately 100 yards and turn right at light.
Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
The Armory at Sage
In the fall of 2012, Sage added a new facility to it's campus with the addition of the Armory at Sage. The Armory at Sage is located at 130 New Scotland Avenue in Albany. The College has repurposed the 68,000 square foot space, expanding the Albany campus for the fisrt time since 1949. The purchase of the National Guard Armory on New Scotland Avenue adds three acres to the campus, but more importantly adds a new venue for Sage's athletic teams.
In addition to clasrooms, meeting space and offices, the Armory has a 21,000 square foot open space with indoor turf, perfect for year-round training for Sage athletics and recreation.
Numerous special events have taken place in the facility from Sage's student-athlete orientation, as well as athletic camps, and the building just served as the venue for the 2017 and 2018 Freihofer's Health & Fitness Expo in conjunction with the 39th and 40th annual Freihofer's Run for Women.
