ALBANY - The Russell Sage College Athletics Department continued its tradition of starting off the fall semester by collecting school supplies in support of a local elementary school.

Earlier today, RSC student-athletes and coaches dropped off the donations at Albany's Pine Hills Elementary. The Gators have now participated in this community service initative nine times since 2013.

"We believe that teamwork is the best way to ensure that everyone succeeds," said Sandy Augstein-Collins, Director of Athletics. "So, we have asked that our Gators give a little bit of their time and effort to help some of children in our community have a great year."

The project is just one of many community outreach initatives that RSC Athletics participates in throughout the academic year. We look to continue to make a difference in the Capital Region in 2022-23.
