Albany, NY---The Sage Colleges' student-athletes made a major contribution to area families this holiday season as the Gator teams adopted 10 area families for the holidays. The 10 Sage teams shopped, spending their own money to provide wrapped gifts for the families. Most families had three or four children and the teams spent between $300 to $500 per family in providing gifts on the wish lists of these area families. Each team selected gifts, wrapped, and delivered these items to these families in hopes of doing acts of goodness at this a joyous time of year.

SAAC president Chelsea Martin was very instrumental in the coordination of these activities and engaging Sage's student-athletes in this very special holiday project.
