Sage SAAC Donates Time to Ronald McDonald House

Albany, NY –Members of The Sage Colleges’ Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) volunteered their time and energies on Sunday, February 10 at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region, Incorporated in Albany.

Sage SAAC members were on hand and prepared meals for the residents of the facility and donated their time to help make the day a fun-filled time for the families at the house.

What is the Ronald McDonald House? Since Ronald McDonald House in Albany opened its doors in 1982, there have been over 14,000 visits with families from 37 New York counties, 38 states, and 29 countries.  The Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region, Inc. (RMHC) is working to better the lives of children and their families around our region. The RMHC is creating, finding and supporting programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children.
