SAGE TAILGATOR PLANNED FOR SATURDAY’S SOCCER DOUBLEHEADER

Albany, NY--- Saturday, October 1 will be a great day to be a Sage Gator! Sage’s athletic department will be hosting their annual “Tailgator” in conjunction with the women’s and men’s soccer doubleheader at the Bethlehem SoccerPlex (Glenmont, NY).  In addition to the exciting Skyline Conference soccer doubleheader, the weekend marks the Friends and Family and Alumni Weekend for Sage College of Albany.

            The day will commence with Sage’s women’s soccer team hosting NYU-Poly at 1 p.m. Sage’s athletic department will be a holding a barbeque commencing at halftime of the women’s game. The event will run through the start of the men’s soccer game, which is also against NYU-Poly at 3:30 p.m.

            Food will be available with all donations to benefit the department’s newest partner, New York Special Olympics.

            In addition to the wide variety of activities on Sage’s campus this weekend, a free shuttle will be running every 45 minutes to the soccer complex, which is located at 391 Wemple Road, Glenmont, NY.
